REFLECTIVE ADDRESS SIGN PROGRAM
 HELP OUR EMERGENCY VEHICLES LOCATE YOUR HOME

In conjunction with the Jefferson Township Readdressing Project and in compliance with Jefferson Township Ordinance 2 of 2008, the Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Company is making available to the general public, Reflective Address Signs. These signs that are constructed of high strength durable aluminum and measure six inches by eighteen inches are covered with a blue highly reflective background and are individually personalized with three inch white reflective bold letters on both sides. These highly reflective, double sided and very visible signs help emergency personnel find your home quickly in the event of an emergency. The signs are $15.00 each and the proceeds of this project benefit the Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Company.

We can also assist you by having our personnel install the signs for you at the entrance to your driveway. Note a post will have to be provided near your driveway entrance if your mailbox is not in the proximity.

Jefferson Township Ordinance 2 of 2008 (click here to view) requires numbering of all dwellings and businesses in a manner that the numbers can be seen and read from the traveled portion of the street and from the opposite side of the street.

Any individual requiring assistance in the installation of their sign is asked to please indicate this when placing your order. Our volunteers are offering time to assist individuals in the installation of their new sign.
